Beers. Includes the northern part of Manhattan, and in NJ: Edgewater, Palisades Park, Grantwood, Fort Lee, modern day Koreatown and more. Shows street grid in Manhattan, property owners in New Jersey, some street numbers for buildings, parks, cemeteries, railroads, borders, major land and water features etc. Colored by property in NJ. In very good antique condition with toning, slight wear at the paper edges, and marks from the leather tab in the margins. Backed with linen, with center fold as issued. Measures approximately 19.5 x 29 inches to the neatline.
