Antique printed color map of part of Manhattan, New York City, from the Atlas of New York City, Borough of Manhattan, by Bromley, 1916. Shows Broadway, Harlem River, Seaman Ave and W 214th to W 218th. The explanation key for this atlas was only included on the index map- pink indicates brick, yellow is frame (wood), an X means the building is a stable, the numbers and letters on each building indicate the number of stories of the building and whether it has a basement, store, or saloon (see index image for full explanation). Very good antique condition with toning overall, with damage at the paper edges. Paper is fragile. Sheet measures approx. 11.5 x 16.25 inches. Double-sided sheet has NYC127A on one side and NYC127B on the other side (please add only one of these two maps to your cart).
