Published by the U.S. Senate, as a Congressional record, 1853. With folds, as issued. Good overall antique condition with mild toning and very minor foxing throughout, minor separation at the fold intersections, and some roughing of the outer edges. Measures approximately 16" x 14.25" (H x W) to the neatline.
