Matted antique engraved illustration of a view of the Hancock House, also known as Hancock Manor, the historic residence of Governor John Hancock that stood on Beacon Hill in Boston. Recent hand coloring. Drawn by Davis and Engraved by Illman, Published c. 1834. Very good overall antique condition with some mild toning and soiling of the antique paper. Image measures approximately 5.5" x 7.5" to the neatline (does not include caption.) Matted to measure approx. 10" x 13" overall.
