Antique black and white map of Bethune, France, with decorated cartouche. Published in Tindal's Continuation of Mr. Rapin's History of England, c. 1745. Map is very detailed and includes a decorated reference for explanation of the individual points of interest. With folds, as issued. Very good overall antique condition with mild toning throughout, spots of foxing, and mild image overlay, as well as some roughing/tearing of the outer edges and seams of the paper, with a couple tears continuing into the map. Measures approximately 14.75" x 18.75" to the neatline.
