Incredibly detailed antique printed color map of Washington DC, by Rand McNally, 1901. Notes important buildings (e.g. U.S. Capitol, the White House, Smithsonian Institute, etc.). Also includes parks and cemeteries, the Navy Yard, U.S. Arsenal, etc.. Splits the city into four sections: Northeast, Northwest, Southeast, and Southwest. Very good condition with overall toning of the antique paper, as well as some staining along the bottom outer edge. Measures approximately 19" x 26" to the neat line.
