This is a set of two maps that show the United Kingdom (England, Scotland, Wales, Northern Ireland) and Ireland. These beautifully detailed maps are a very early example of the use of printed color. Includes detailed statistical information and illustrations of dinosaurs, fossils, and ammonite shells. In very good antique condition with some minimal overall toning, each piece measures approximately 20 x 23 inches. Sold as a set of 2.
