United States United States General
Antique printed color page of two statistical maps of the United States, based on census data. The first map shows the yield of Indian Corn, by number of bushels per square mile, in the U.S. in 1890. The second map shows the production of Indian Corn, by number of bushels per acre of "improved land" in the U.S. in 1890. Both maps label half of Oklahoma as "Indian Territory" and show much of the western U.S. as unsettled area. Very good condition with some toning of the antique paper, as well as some tearing at the outer edges of the page. By Henry Gannett, in The Statistical Atlas of the United States- Eleventh Census, 1898. Measures approximately 17.75" x 13" to include both maps and their titles. (Note: These two maps can be separated, if desired. Please contact us if this is of interest.)
